This post is to show you guys how to make Minecraft Craftbukkit server. It support the minecraft 1.2.
To make the server follow these steps,

Extract the .zip file and click on start.bat if the first start.bat didnt work then choose any other start.bat file (there are few files because some people were having problems with it) and you are good to go. If you still have some problems then comment on my video
